Presidio Reintroduced: Shopify Development, Migrations & Ecommerce Growth

By Mat

We’ve helped brands migrate complex ecommerce stacks to Shopify, built custom storefronts, and launched products used by merchants across the ecosystem.

As that work expanded, our old website no longer reflected it clearly.

So we rebuilt it.

Not just to refresh the design, but to better represent how Presidio approaches Shopify development, ecommerce growth, and modern storefront strategy today.

A clearer view of Presidio’s Shopify expertise

Presidio operates at the intersection of Shopify engineering, product development, and ecommerce strategy.

The new site is designed to make that clearer, with dedicated sections covering Presidio apps and internal tools, theme and storefront development, client projects and case studies, and technical insights into Shopify and ecommerce infrastructure.

Rather than functioning as a static portfolio, the site is intended to become a living resource for Shopify teams exploring new builds, migrations, and long-term ecommerce growth.

Better visibility into ecommerce client work

One of the biggest changes to the new site is how we present our client work.

Presidio has delivered more than 150 ecommerce migrations and builds across platforms including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and BigCommerce.

The new case study format is designed to give a clearer view of the work behind those projects, from the technical challenges brands face to the approach our team takes and the outcomes achieved after launch.

The goal is to show how complex ecommerce projects are actually solved, not just how they look once they go live.

Practical insights for Shopify teams

This blog will also become a space where we share practical insights from working closely with Shopify merchants and ecommerce teams.

Topics will include Shopify migrations and replatforming, storefront performance, Shopify Functions, app and theme development, product experimentation, and ecommerce infrastructure.

The focus will remain practical: useful ideas and technical lessons that help teams build better Shopify experiences and make stronger decisions as they scale.

What’s coming next

Over the coming months, we’ll be publishing more content on Shopify migration frameworks, storefront optimisation patterns, new Presidio apps and tools, and detailed client case studies.

If you’re building or scaling on Shopify, the goal is for this space to become a genuinely useful resource.

And if you’re planning a migration, evaluating a new storefront build, or looking for a more experienced Shopify development partner, feel free to reach out to the Presidio team.
