Bobbie operates as a high-growth, subscription-first infant formula brand built on trust, predictability, and consistent delivery. Our Recharge & Shopify Subscription Optimization Strategy
Presidio implemented a dual-track roadmap focused on subscription personalization and backend infrastructure refinement within Shopify and Recharge. On the frontend, we developed a custom onboarding quiz to guide parents through formula selection and cadence configuration, capturing zero-party data to support subscription conversion and long-term retention strategy. On the backend, we optimized Recharge Affinity flows, refined cadence modification UX, stabilized recurring billing logic, and enhanced account portal visibility - empowering self-management while reducing churn caused by shipment misalignment.
