Scaling Founder-Led Ecommerce on Shopify
FlavCity’s growth is powered by a high-volume content engine, an engaged wellness community, and strong repeat purchase behaviour. As the product catalogue expanded across protein powders, electrolytes, collagen, and pantry staples, the ecommerce platform needed to support rapid campaign launches, flexible product bundling, and subscription-driven revenue. With a mobile-first audience and education-led purchasing journey, the Shopify storefront needed to balance ingredient transparency with fast product discovery and streamlined purchase paths. The Challenge: Migrating from Headless to a Scalable Shopify Platform

Our Shopify Migration, CRO & Bundle Optimization Strategy
Presidio executed a full migration from FlavCity’s custom headless stack to a Shopify-native architecture designed for operational simplicity and faster experimentation. The Shopify migration prioritised storefront stability, modular theme flexibility, and preservation of existing SEO equity while enabling faster marketing deployment. Bundles were engineered as a core merchandising engine. We implemented a custom **Build Your Own Bundle** framework that allowed customers to configure personalized product combinations, unlock tiered incentives, and maintain compatibility with subscription products. This flexible bundling system supported higher average order value while reinforcing repeat purchase behavior. Subscription purchasing was refined to strengthen retention. We improved savings visibility, clarified subscription messaging across product templates, and introduced lifecycle improvements designed to reduce churn and support long-term customer value. Following migration, Presidio implemented a structured Shopify CRO roadmap focused on mobile PDP refinement, ingredient transparency modules, and ongoing experimentation across messaging, social proof, and product page conversion elements.
